Magical March is Coming!

Week after week seems to be the same story in these blog posts, it’s hard to remember that this is not the new norm! Just a season that will pass. It’s been a rough season for chronic illness. I will still keep my expectations high that next week will be better!

Lessons learned this week:

Every bad situation can still be used for good. You can find new beginnings in the wreckage!

On the accomplished list this week, we had:

  • Memorial Rush Portrait
  • Giraffe painting
  • Emmie the cat: Suggestion Live Drawing!

Art goals for next week: Tell me Tuesday’s and Thursdays, coloured pencil drawing, Test it out video: Gouache!

YouTube Section!

As part of my new goals, I’ll be releasing two YouTube videos every week! These are the first two,  part of my bi-weekly painting project. “Tell Me Tuesday and Thursday” is a series where anyone can comment what they’d like me to draw, and I randomly select a winner out of the suggestions.

Michelle and Kristen won this week’s round, but feel free to join next week to submit your suggestions!

Exciting New Shiny Things

I have finally set up my Twitch channel for people to watch me live. Up until this point, I’ve exclusively used Facebook and Instagram, since that’s where most of my followers have been. But now I’ll be streaming in many other places, like Twitch, YouTube, and Picarto!

I’m also releasing something very important here, a series called Fantasy Fridays as part of #MagicMarch. This will be an introduction to my own personal world, which has yet to be named. We’re still working on that.

I hope to have more regular blog posts, maybe try to post something on Wednesdays if I can to update you all on my current/upcoming projects. If you’d be interested in reading more of what I’m up to during the week, please feel free to comment!

All praise to the God who sees me, in hills in valleys.

1 Peter 5:10

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
